They are called 'party eyes' since the colors are split horizontally so when she looks up or down they appear to swap colors. :) They also serve as an instant dog-lover test: A dog lovers first reaction is usually "What beautiful eyes!" Those who are only so-so on dogs say "What happened to her eye?!"
